I had previously installed Creator 2009,then uninstalled it and reverted to Ashampoo. Since the uninstallation I am periodically getting Creator 2009 trying to reinstall itself when i install other software. The most recent was yestrday when i installed "Registry Mechanic"for the first time.How can i completely remove any trace of Roxio Creator 2009 from my PC to avoid this happening.thanks

Sounds like the Windows Install routine is trying to run.
Microsoft no longer has the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility available.
You can try and follow these directions and see if that fixes it.
These should help you find some Roxio leftovers.
