Roxio 9 is not supported after only a year?
What does that tell you about what you will get with any newer package.
I know of no other software vendors that don't support a product after only a year.
You people (Roxio) are the stupidest people I have seen in my 40+ years of programming computers.
NO ONE stops support on a software product after only a YEAR!!!!!

This product must have been so bad the phone was ringing off the wall.

Your site says there was a file fix available, but, yet that too, was and is not available. You click the link, it opens a new window and that's it.
No file.
How stupid is this? You can't even keep a 10K file on your computer? Are you that cramped for disk space in this world of terabyte drives?
Again, how stupid is THAT?
Must be that the file did worse damage than the original program.

I tried re-installing this piece of crap for 6 hours, going through the registry and removing everything roxio, sonic, etc, BY HAND!!!! (assholes)
IT Still stops and doesn't tell me why it stopped, just that it did.
Once, again, how stupid is that?
Can't even generate an error message, (crappy programmers )
I could do that with my eyes shut and I can tell you how to fix this crap if I had the source code.
But I guess YOUR programmers aren't THAT smart, if they can't even generate an error message, when the software stops doing anything.

You people and yuor protections are the stupidest thing I have seen yet.
People are going to clone anything, and will and there isn't a thing you can do
Yet, I have the "in the box" version, bought from a real store, and yet it is still a piece of crap.

you people are as stupid as you look, if you think I would buy or recommend or even say anything good about your stinking software.
and , once again, your support is non existant and in a foreign country.
Probably written in a foreign language, by foreigners, for a foreign country.

Although your style and tone of posting is not what I would use to get some help, let's go back to the beginning for a moment.  Personally, I found EMC9 to be quite good - and I used it for quite a while on a couple of different machines.  That doesn't help you, but let's give it a try.  Are you having a specific problem with Roxio 9 that is causing you to reinstall?  Were you finally able to reinstall?  What update are you trying to find or download that you cannot?

If you are going to make a stupid, ignorant rant you should at least try to get the facts straight. EMC 9 came out in September 2006, 4 years ago. So much for your totally incorrect statement  "Roxio 9 is not supported after only a year"

Now I'm wondering if he is having issues with EMC9 . . or Roxio 2009?  Or maybe he just wanted to yell at someone.

I wonder if the OP knows that we are volunteers on this forum and that we are not Roxio employees?  Throwing out comments like Your, you people, etc are like urinating on a rock.  You get splashed.  If you want to complain to Roxio, send them a request.

No one from Texas can be that shall we say unkind.  Perhaps it is another spoofed address and the person is or is related to you know who.

I give your rant an 8 out of 10 rating.

What OS are you running?  What version of the software do you really have?  If you have been programming for 40+ years, you would think that you would know the version number, of the software you have.
Life is good!
