I tried capturing with microsoft program and the video and sound came good but this is not a dvd setuip.
need help.

You will need to provide a lot more information as to what you are trying to accomplish, especially with Roxio's program, before anyone will be able to help with whatever problem you are having. Some information regarding your computer spec's will help also.
