I've updated to a new machine with Windows 7 and when I select the files to copy it hangs a second and crashes. I tried to install the SP2, but it says Roxio Creator 10 could not be found.

Thanks

Please clarify... there is no such program as Creator 10, there is EMC 10 and  Creator 2010.

I suggested he try launching the Roxio program in compatibility mode from the Windows 7 launch menu, and he tells me that seems to be working for him (he chose Windows XP/sp2 mode).

Going by past reports, it MAY work for a while - but will probably fail in due course

I'm doing fine with the programs I have running in compatibility mode in my Windows 7 Pro/64 bit system - but Roxio isn't one of those (I have Roxio 2010 installed on this tower presently and it works fine natively under Windows 7).  Hopefully he'll continue to run ok but tell us if he runs into trouble.
