Try to remove EM 9 from my PC along with all Roxio products so I can use Magicjack but the uninstaller seems to be stuck at ' Please  wait while we configure EM 9' and nothing is happening. Great piece of software but I just need to remove it so I can use MJ

Did you get some kind of error when you tried to use MagicJack?  Most of the complaints, that have been posted in the forums, say that the Roxio software doesn't work with Magic Jack installed.

The solution was easy.  Just unplug MagicJack, when using the Roxio software.

None of those folks had problems using MagicJack, with the Roxio software installed.  Yours is the first that I have seen posted.
