I have the dell oem version for creator 10.2. It used to work, but then stopped work. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
"could not complete the last command because: Unknown error."
I tried running the "repairer" from a post from some other guy, but there was an error and the repairer wasn't even able to execute.

Any Ideas?

I've tried running the "Creator 2010 Service Pack 2" but it says that Creator 2010 could not be found on my computer.

Of course the C2010 SP2 will not find C2010 on your computer, you don't have C2010 but the Dell OEM 10.2 version which is a crippled version of the 4 year old EMC 10.
There will also not be any service packs from Roxio for this version since Dell is responsible for that version. If it worked at one time and then stopped then something changed on your computer such as an update or you ran some registry cleaner. Just running "a repairer" which is propably unrelated to your software can really mess up everything.
I would recommend using RevoUninstaller (free utility) in the Moderate mode to remove all traces of Ver 10.2 and then try a re-install.

Explain please.  If you can't see 10.2 in the list, then it is not on your computer OR it is already partially removed.

Options:
1) Use a restore point to restore your computer to an earlier time.
2) Find and download Microsoft's Installer Clean up utility.  It is no longer on the MS site but if you google for it, you will find it somewhere.  Read the instructions and delete EVERYTHING Sonic and Roxio.
3) Reformat your hard drive.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
