Explain please. If you can't see 10.2 in the list, then it is not on your computer OR it is already partially removed.
Options:
1) Use a restore point to restore your computer to an earlier time.
2) Find and download Microsoft's Installer Clean up utility. It is no longer on the MS site but if you google for it, you will find it somewhere. Read the instructions and delete EVERYTHING Sonic and Roxio.
3) Reformat your hard drive.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
