Did you ever register the product? If so sign into your account at Roxio to see if the cd key is there.

But I am a registered owner of Toast 10. and am trying to get the latest update but need the key number.
Since it's registered with my current email address can't Roxio reissue the email they probably sent me after registering with the key?
I've tried their support page and keep finding myself in a loop. (try to find it... etc. ) then I just sent a request to webticket@roxio.com. But got an email confirmation that again
lead me to the same loop before.
Any ideas?

You don't need your product key for updates. Go here http://www.roxio.com...esv10.html . Works fine for me.

Hello anybody home? This is feedback to Roxio over your web site ... I can't see my account information...
This is the dumbest excuse for a customer account login design that I have ever seen. Have you ever subjected it to the customer test?
I want to see my account information. But you won't let me, unless I give you my CD key.
If I lost my CD key, then according to you. "the CD key can be found in your Roxio account."
But that begs the question, doesn't it? If I don't know what my CD key, then I can't possibly find out what it is because the CD key is IN my account, which I can't get to, unless I already know what the CD key!
Did any of you ever take a course in basic logic? It does not seem like it. It seems like a neurotic ten year old who's mad at the world designed this system just to *^$$ people off?
And the topper is, you conclude by essentially telling us that if we can't get the information we want, we should just !@#% off. With management like that, How did Roxio survive this long?, is the big mystery to me.
=======================
Oh, look... they don't even want the feedback. When I hit "submit," I got this error message:
Server Error in '/' Application.
String or binary data would be truncated. The statement has been terminated.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

The statement has been terminated.
Source Error:

...and a whole lot of computer code telling me to go screw myself, because they don't want to get any feedback at all....

Log into your account (see link in post #2) with your email address and password. If you have any Roxio registrations that you submitted under that email address they will appear there.
At the bottom of the page it says "Register a new product" click on it and follow directions.
