The Roxio 7 Program in my XP computer has worked for years, but now all of a sudden, the DVD Builder portion will not function. Every time I go to use it, it will lock up, not work, and even stick on the monitor screen until the PC is rebooted.
Removing and re-installing the program does not fix it.
Any solutions would be appreciated.

Did you install SP3, IE7 or WMP 10?
