Hi folks.

I bought Creator 8 a few years back and then upgraded to Creator 10 through the Roxio website. (In other words I downloaded the upgrade from the website.)

My old computer died and now I want to put Creator 10 on my new one. I've put Creator 8 on the new one (with the DVD). Now how do I re-download Creator 10?

Roxio support just says that it doesn't support Creator 10 anymore, so go to the forums! (Many thanks.)

Does anyone know the process for upgrading my old Creator 8 to my old Creator 10? How do I get the download from Roxio again? It shows in my account that it is registered but I don't know how to get it again.

Thanks,

Darry

Neither one of your two programs are compatible with Windows 7. Creator 2010 & the latest Creator 2011 are.
