Having A Problem With Lp And Tape Assistant Not Working

When I start the recording from a audio input device a window appears stating Roxio LP and Tape assistant has stopped working!Help!!

More information please.  What is the source of the audio? How do you have the source connected to the computer?  Did you try capturing audio from the Sound Card?

Please confirm that you have Easy Media Creator 10 and not Creator 2010 or something like Creator 10.X DE (or other two letter designation).
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
