Getting Installation Log Files

If you run into an installation issue (rollback, setup error, etc..) during installation it would help us to better diagnose the errors if you could attach installation logs. Heres how to get them. They are located in the %APPDATA% folder on your machine. Zip up the entire folder and forward them to customer care for your issue.

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Roxio Log Files

Vista or Win7:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Roxio Log Files

1. In My Computer type %APPDATA%

2. Right-click Roxio Log Files folder and select Send To -> Compressed (zipped) folder

3. Grab zip file created
