Windows installer on start up appears with a pop up message....(sonic manager is on a cd that is not avaliable avaliable)
I had a problem with creator 5 platunium edition and removed it from my computer and would like to reinstall it again to start fresh.... i had creator on also and it gave me blue screen and i diden care for it at all it come with my computer, any advice

Suggest you hunt for a copy of the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility [WICUU2] which used to be supplied by Microsoft, and use that to cleanup the Installer problem.
We'd need to know what the problem was that caused you to remove Creator 5 before we could advise, and we'd also need to know what Operating System you're running, along with what versions of Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player.
