I am trying to migrate my home movies from my camcorder to PC.  I have tried Creator 2009 several times with no luck.  After removing it several times and finally locating/reading the complete removal instructions that I found here I am now able to get my capture device loaded.  When I start to play a video, I here the audio through the PC speakers but there is no video.  The video box is black and it is showing me "no signal".  I am running 2009 with SP4 and the updated drivers from roxio.

The USB device is inserted into the enhanced usb2 port and I am running XP sp3 with 2 gb of ram and plenty of drive space on a duo core PC.

Any other suggestions?
