I finally got streamer to work...Took a week. Now I am trying to figure out why I can't access Roxio_Streamer on my network under computer. The log-in fails. If I use Streamer agent I can get to my family files. What is going on here. Also considering premium....what do you use the extra users for.

Hi,
I think you need to have the Streamer Agent installed on each computer on your LAN that you want to use the Streamer with.

Spend 8 hours today trying to get streamer working. At techs instruction uninstalled and reinstalled. .no luck. Program will not allow me to access the site.
