I have Easy CD Creator 5 already installed on my computer and I have saved the cd-key/serial number. However I don't have software CD to re-install again in same computer.

Is there a way I can "save" the Easy CD Creator 5 software, that has installed on pc, on the blank CD?

I'm afraid not - when you install any app, it writes registry keys so that windows knows where it is and what functions are needed

You may be able to pick up a copy from eBay (but make dceratin it;'s the full one and not an OEM bersion (which may have parts missing)
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed
