Problem: when I convert TiVo files to iTouch MP4s, none of them have audio.  I have tried playing them through iTunes on my PC, on the iPod touch, and the converted files (none of them -- 15) have audio.  I have tried converting one at a time and in batch and I get no audio.  Using TiVo desktop, I get conversion and good audio and video, but cannot clip or compile with that software.  I uninstalled, cleaned the registry and files and reinstalled my Creator 2011 (standard, not Pro) with no changes in results.  The custom selections seem to be OK, and now I am totally stumped.  Suggestions anyone?  Thanks.
