So, I keep getting this error:
the drive reported an error:
sense key = ILLEGAL REQUEST
sense code = 0x24
INVALID FIELD IN CDB
Any idea what it means? Any idea how to fix it? Thanks very much!

Instead of burning to the disc, try the option of creating an image of your data from the file menu. If that works, try the following.
1) Try another brand of media.
2) Check for firmware updates for the drive.
3) If you can, test with another drive.
4) If it is an external drive try another cable.
