Hello!

Is anyone else having problems logging into https://selfserve.ro...mpzipyvdbg2ah55))/alphaline/form.aspx to contact Alphaine's support? I tried both my Roxio.com and new Alphaine accounts, but both failed. :(

Thank you in advance. :)

No. :(

https://selfserve.ro...jpf51ub3zcgbf55))/alphaline/form.aspx still won't let me log in with both new Alphaline account and Roxio account (which account is it supposed to use?). FYI, I just made Alphaline account yesterday afternoon. Roxio, I don't remember but it was many years ago. I think probably right after Adaptec bought out?
