I've had great success with Toast 8, but now a problem installing it on my new iMac after scrapping the G4 PowerMac. Installed OK but the query box would not accept the product code. The CONTINUE command would not respond. How do I overcome the problem of this valid re-install of a legitimate copy in a single computer when the original has been shut down?

It should install okay but not every feature is supported in Snow Leopard (although I don't know which ones don't work). There are two possible reasons the registration code doesn't work. One is that you've entered something wrong. The other is if Roxio blocked that registration code because they keep a list of suspected unauthorized sharing of codes. You might try copying over the installed version from your older Mac.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
