Received and Installed Easy(?) DVD COPY 4 premier on 1/03/2011. So far I'm batting ZERO. Wasted several DVD discs trying to copy a non-encrypted homemade DVD. I expected this to be an upgrade advanced to my Easy CD and DVD Creator 6. Boy, was I fooled! I am very disappointed and frustrated. I was misled by the advertising.

this software does not work for me. so far, after several attempts, i've only reached 6% completion converting a WMV file to MPEG 4 - no online support for Copy Convert, no phone support for Copy Convert.
Last time I ever purchase Roxio software. Smoke and %(*ing mirrors. congrats Roxio!
