Hi:
I have Roxio Creator Suite 10.3.1 which include CinePlayer in my desktop. I was trying to play anew movie using Roxio instead of "Windows Media Player". When CinePlayer started asked me for the installation CD which I did after installing the program three times the movie started to play but the movie control menu was not there (visible) even though wile I was passing the mouse the cursor message was displayed like if the controls were there but not visible. Can omebody help me please?

Were you trying to play a commercial DVD? Did you get a pop-up that says that the DVD does not support the use of a mouse? Some don't and you have to use other controls. You should have been asked that when the video started.
Unfortunately 10.3.1 is an OEM program specified by the supplier. I'm assuming Dell. You must get updates/fixes from them. Go to their web site.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
