How can I uninstall Streamer without having the DVD. I have the direct download version, so I can't insert disk as stated in other topic. Please be specific with the steps. Thanks.

What you want to do is not clear.
You have the download version of Streamer [$49.99] and you want to uninstall it?
or
You have the download version of Creator 2011, you have installed Streamer, and now you want to uninstall it?

Of course you had enough good sense to burn a copy of the download files???
Uninstall 2011 along with Streamer and reinstall.

I have the download installer files saved on external hard drive. It took over an hour to install so I don't want to have to go the complete uninstall/ install process if I don't have to. Thanks.

Hello,
As the pinned post says,
-Insert disc #1 or open your download and and navigate to the folder named STREAMER_CLT. . . .
Your saved download will be a compressed archive in either ZIP or EXE format. You need to open this archive to expand the files and folders within onto your hard drive, and then navigate to the named folder.
To do this you will need:
-An archive utility such as WinZIP, WinRAR, or the free and very capable 7Zip which is available HERE.
-Several GB of free hard drive space
I'll give instructions using 7Zip. The other two are similar.
-Download and install 7Zip. The file is less than one MB.
-Right-click on your download file and select "Extract files . . . "
-a dialog box will appear suggesting at the top a foldername and location where the files should go. To the right will be a list of available drives. Change the destination if needed, and leave the settings as they are. Click OK

0 downloads
Mine is going to name the folder after the archive file, but you can name it anything you like. You'll see a little progress box as the extraction proceeds.

0 downloads
After this has finished, that new folder will look like the root directory of an installer DVD. Navigate to the named folders inside it and follow the instructions in the pinned post.
Once you've done the uninstall you can delete this new folder that you extracted all the files to. They won't be needed again just now.
Regards,
Brendon
