EMC8 Label Creator Will not calibrate printer or print

I recently installed EMC8. I created a disc label and tried to calibrate my HP Photosmart 7550 before printing. I received this error message: "An unknown error accurred while accessing an unnamed file." Man, how ambiguious is that? OK. I tried to go ahead and print the label. I got the same error message. My printer works perfectly with all other programs and has the latest drivers. After perusing the forum I couldn't find anyone else with this problem. Maybe someone has experienced it and found a fix.
