Crash Crash Crash

Windows 7, 64 bit, 5GB RAM, not using IE9 (IE8) about 70GB free drive space and the Graphics test yields ~170+ FPS.
All files are imported from a Panasonic HDC-SD60.
With either Cinemagic or Videowave, I can add around 8 to 10 fifteen second clips (.mts files) at a time but any more will cause the app to simply disappear without warning.
I have not attempted burning anything to a video, I am trying to obtain AVCHD 1920 X 1080, 24fps files.
These results are inconsistent as sometimes I can add more or less.
Is there a log file crated when these crash that I might investigate?

I am not sure, but see if the locations mentioned HERE help...
Let us know!
Definately VideoLab HD, installed with the supplied DVD. I found the logfile area but there are only installation logs, nothing about any crashes or errors. I'll be studying these files for any installation problems but none showed up when it was installed.
Thank you for your response.

In which case, you should be able to follow the Prep Steps then start the install again. Only this time choose Repair when it is offered.
It would be of some help if you woudl list your PC's specs, like I have in my signature block. Include your HDD free space too
Are you saving along the way or does the crash wreck the file?
