If it is a commercial DVD, that is encrypted, then you can't.  If it is a a non-encrypted DVD, then you can.  Which is it?

User sknis has made me aware that C2010 and C2011 you can import the audio from DVD in Sound Editor. What we don't know is if this option is available in C2009 Sound Editor. So you try it and tell us?

grandpabruce has confirmed this works the same in C2009 as it does in C2010 and C2011.
