Creator 9 has been inconsistent at best in allowing me to copy dvd's and creating movies from Pinnacle based files. When it does duplicate these kinds of files, it us usually very slow. I have the same problem with 4 gigs on Vista and 3 gigs on XP. I'm wondering if Nero is a better choice.

In addition to what cd has posted, it helps if you use the correct name of the software you are using. "Creator 9" is very vague as there is a program called (Easy Media Creator 9" (aka EMC 9) and a later version Roxio Creator 2009 (aka C2009). These are two completely different programs and each has its own forum. So please make sure to specify the correct program

Don't forget the Creator 9 OEM versions that came with hardware. For Example Creator 9 DE.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
