I have a new Dell XPS 9100, ATI Radeon HD 5670 1GB GDDR5, Windows 7, 1TB Serial ATA 2 Hard Drive 7200 RPM.

I am trying to run Roxio Video Lab HD and not having much success. I am working in Edit-Video Advanced. I can add one photo or shot video, but when I attempt to add another it does nothing. When I click on anything, the top line says " not responding" which results in Control/Alt/delete and start all over.

I am adding HD videos--- short 30-60 second videos. The first time it worked but then it locked up and will not let me add anything else.

Any help will be appreciated.

Let's try this...

Do the Prep Steps to the letter!

Then start to install of the Suite, only pick Repair when it is offered.

See if that will clear it up   If you are using a Registry Cleaner, stop using it.
