same problem. just bought and downloaded this software and now i know why they don't offer any kind of free trial: because this software throws errors more than 50% of the time. all i want to do is take one DV tape to DVD with chapter menu thumbnails automatically created via scene detection. i don't want to spend any time in front of the computer so i thought the "plug and burn" was what i wanted but i have wasted more time on it then the cost of the software to save me the time was even worth.
CAN SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT THE SUCCESS OF THIS SOFTWARE PLEASE FIX ALL OF THESE ERRORS. IS THERE ANYONE WHO CARES?

ROFLMAO! This isn't Roxio Tech Support. Contact them, but before you do, do a search of these forums and spend a little time in front of the computer until you actually know what you are doing.
And after you do, start a new thread explaining your problems.
