Hi I have updated an older version of toast 6 to 6.11 via the roxio website.
I replaced the old version with the new one as instructed. Now the new version 6.11 does not accept the old CD key. Can some one help?

It is not required for you to uninstall any previous version of Toast 6 in order to apply the update. Also, if you have a myRoxio account, it is recommended to submit a webticket at http://selfserve.roxio.com/ with the CD key you used so it can be verified if it's a valid key or not
