I have sent a total of three emails to Roxio support over the course of the last month, and apart from the system-generated replies, I haven't received a single response from Roxio support.  I refuse to pay for a phone call, and live chat is not availabe for MyDVD 10 Premiere.  I've just about had it with Roxio.  I feel like my money has been wasted.

The three emails you talk about does that mean you have a open numbered support ticket?

This is not Roxio support but a users forum. If you want help from Roxio give them a call. In the meantime why don't you post in the approriate forum and state your problem. Maybe someone here is able to help you.

All we have is a "me too" with a unknown problem.
