I am having an issue with Roxio Creator 2010 after installation on a Windows 2003 machine. After installation and a reboot I log onto windows and receive the error "Roxio Creator Classic has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". When trying to run any of your software I will either get this same message or nothing will happen at all.
Under more information i see the following:
AppName: creator12.exe
AppVer: 12.2.1.76
ModName: px.dll
ModVer: 4.18.16.0
Offset: 00077478
Any suggestions?

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.
