Hello....I am also having installation issues, from a download today from the Roxio store: Roxio Easy Video Copy and Convert ESD Premier $29. My system operates under Vista Home Premium. "Setup has determined that your configuration does not support any of the included products." My HP laptap came with Roxio basic and I am very happy with it, and was hopeful that my paid download $29 would not be a problem.  Your speedy help appreciated.  Many thanks, Anne
