I have had Roxio Creator 2009 for 2 years, has worked good, but havn't used for a while and all of the sudden, won't let me in to any of the programs and says, "the certificate file is missing or has been corrupted, please re-instal it.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing seems to help, tried to update thru roxio support, can you help me? thanks, Stephanie
