I just downloaded RECORD NOW PREMIER. when trying to copy from to copy to it gives me the following mesg
"Your recording device does not support writting to DVD media. This option is not available with your current recorder"
what do i need to record to dvd?

Do you have a burner that will burn DVD? Go to Windows Device Manage and then to CD/DVD ROM drives. Post the information you find for your drives/burners.
What are you trying to copy? Are you trying to copy from a CD to DVD or from a DVD to a DVD? The program is designed to work with music files and not video files.
What program do you really have? Is it this one?. Where id you get your program?

im trying to record dvd to dvd and yes i do have the music lab one
I have DVD Drive(D:) and CD-RW Drive(E:)
what do i really need to record DVDs

A DVD burner, not one that just reads DVDs.
Post your system specs, similar to how I have mine listed, in my signature.
Also, go to Device Manager, and post the entire string shown, for your optical drives.
