Upgrading From Roxio 2010 Pro

If i just upgraded from the Roxio Pro 2010 and do not have my version 2010 already installed on my computer. Do i have to reinstall it first before installing the 2011 upgrade ?

No, it is the full package.  The upgrade is really a discount on the price of Creator 2011.
