Suddenly Unable To Burn A .gi Image

Using Creator DE, roxio verion 10, creator tools version 3.7.0, build 370b04b, DLD, under windows 7, I created a series of .gi image files.  I was successfully burning them to Sony DVDs when suddenly the software would not recognize blank DVDs as such.  I suspect my registry was altered somehow.  What to do?

First of all - edit your post to remove the e-mail (unless it's already too late). All that will achieve is you being added to a spammer's list

Which version of 10 DE do you have? The only OEM version of 10 that I'm aware of that wil work in W7 is 10.3

What if it too late to erase all the emails?Is there an alternative solution for this?
