Black Lines when printing, printing different photos

Hi,
I tried Roxann but got me no where. Since I have installed Photosuite8 I have had some bugs I can't figure out (Had Photosuite 5 Platinum Version) When I print photos out some of them get thin black lines through them (nothing else I use on the printer causes this problem) I have a question in via technincal support through Roxann but am getting NO Reply on it.
Also how do I choose more than one picture to print. For example I have 2 pictures and I want to print 1 copy of each in a 4x6 size. I can choose the template to do this but I can't seem to get it to realize I want to print more than 1 picture it only chooses the last picture I was working on!
