After trying for DAYS to reinstall my favorite Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum, I went to the forum for help.  Read that "You must not have upgraded Internet Explorer to version 7 or Windows Media Player to version 11."  Was unable to remove the upgrade to IE8.  Did remove Windows Media Player (or at least backed it up to a previous version).  Uninstalled ECDC5, then reinstalled it.  Works like a charm.
I have an upgraded Roxio product on my Vista computer at work.  Don't like it and don't expect I would like other upgraded Roxio's.  I need the Jewel Case cover as it is on 5 Platinum.  Will have to keep an old unenhanced computer around just for CD work.

I would like to have the name and specs of the software that makes jewel case covers.  Looked at a version that does everything else, that I don't need, and it costs around $100.  Don't see the need to invest in it if I have a perfect program, CD Creator 5 Platinum, that makes a CD and a Jewel Case.  That is all that I require.  Thanks.

Actually if you buy one of the CD label kits (with jig) you usually get an OEM version of their software bundled with it which should do what you want
If it ain't broke, fiddle with it until it breaks, then fiddle with it until you get it fixed

Copy the folder contents from a working Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum. Now get it to your Vista or Windows 7 PC and make a new folder for it and place the contents in that folder. Open the folder and click CDLabel.exe...
