Jam Upgrade Coming?

Does anyone know if we can expect a Jam 7 in our future since I just read about Toast 8 being in the works? It sure would be nice if it would also be able to run on Intel Macs. In fact, I'd be happy with a universal version of Jam 6. Thanks.
