When I use the dazzle captureing device, my PC hangs up and I have to shut down the PC at the tower in order to reboot the PC. Anyone else having the same problem? Any suggestions???? And why can I not get anyone from Roxio to answer me???

What windows platform do you have? Is it 2000? and is your Dazzle device the 90?  If so, there is a compatibility issue between them.  The only workaround I know of is to buy the Dazzle 80 or 120  :)
My opinions expressed are not those of roxio.

The Dazzle capturing device is manufactured by Pinnacle.  You might want to check out their site.  I couldn't get the Dazzle 90, that came with EMC 8 Deluxe, to work, so I put it back in the box.

There is also a compatiblity problem with the Dazzle and VIA USB chipset. Check the Pinnacle Systems website for other possible issues.  They suggest an add-in USB card with the NEC chipset.
