I just bought Easy DvD copy 4, and want to convert some avi files to dvd, but i tried several different ones, and the task bar just jumps to 8% and doesnt change, i left it for up to an hour too for some of the larger avi files but nothing. why wont this 60$ program work?

Easy DVD Copy 4 may be based on the Copy and Convert in the latest Creator 2010 and 2011.
They have the same fault, freezing at 8% when trying to convert AVIs to DVD.
We have received no acknowledgement from Roxio of this fault, nor any assurance that it will be fixed. You should attempt to obtain a refund on your purchase.

Just bought the program to and i have the same problem 8% then nothing tried to contact the company but waiting for word in return.
