I don't know if it is possible, either using some function(s) of Photosuite5 or some other software but I need to do the following.

Convert a gray scale image into a black and white (black ink on white paper drawing) like a cartoon image.

I also have a color image that I would like to convert to a black and white (black ink on white paper drawing) like a cartoon image.

Is it possible or do I need to get an artist to use the image as a guide and do an actual pen and ink drawing and then scan the image?
