I have a iMac and an Easy VHS to DVD unit. I have connected it according to instruction but I can not get any video to show up. The audio comes through fine. I have tried both composite and svhs connection. My VCR also works fine with the TV so it seems to be producing video OK. Can anyone help me?

I don't know. When it happened to me it was a defective cable furnished with the Roxio device. I had a similar cable from an EyeTV Hybrid that I plugged in and it now works fine. Wait until you've launched the application before inserting the USB device. Also, make sure you're connecting to a direct USB plugin on the Mac and not to a USB hub. If that doesn't work, try to get the unit exchanged for another one.
I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!

" Wait until you've launched the application before inserting the USB device."
This is the advice that got my program working.
OS X Version 10.6.8
Roxio Video Capture Version 2.0.1 (134)
