I have a home "media machine" Win7 x64, with a number of hard drives installed (one d:, I use only for my video collection).  So after installing "Streamer", I wanted to know where streamer was putting the video files, it was obvious it could not and was not using my D: drive, which would be good since there would only be one copy of the rather large files :(.  So long answer, short the files are hidden away in:

C:\Users\Public\Roxio Streamer\FamilyVideos

For what it's worth, in XP that location is
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Documents\Roxio Streamer\FamilyVideos

%ALLUSERSPROFILE% typically expands to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users
in XP, but a different location can be specified (google unattend.txt).

You could either transfer your files manually from C: to D: or you could use the D: on installing this program so every time it saves a file, it will automatically be in D: drive.
