Menu Navigation In My Dvd

Question

using mydvd, i added several mp4's to the disc.

they show up in the menu, and i can page through the titles to pick the one i want to play.

however, i cannot stop one movie in the middle, go back to the menu, and play a different menu. the disc acts as if there is only the movie that i originally started playing on the disk and will only resume that movie or restart that movie.

is there a way to return to the menu from a stopped position on a movie?

think i posted this in wrong forum last time.

want to place several mp4 movies on one dvd.

selected menu version- went to add new movie.

added the movies- they came up as titles.

i can page up and down to select the movie i want to see

after burning- if i play a movie, decide that i would rather not watch it- i cannot go back to the main menu to select another movie.

if i stop the movie in midstream, i can only "resume" from the point at whcich i stopped, or "resetart" the same movie.

i cannot get back to the main menu until i have run the original movie in its entirety.

(this would be tragic, but they are cartoons, averaging about 7 minutes each)

bue- shouldn't i be able to go back and forth to the navigation menu?

(this happened on two separate dvd players, so i know its not the player)

help- i am doing this for a history project!
