I have Roxio EMC version 7.1.1. I am trying to add photos, that have been edited with Microsoft PictureIt Plus, to a VideoWave production. VidoeWave will not let me put these photos in. I can insert the un-edited photos in, but can't after editing them. I have tried saving the photos with different names, but it still won't work. The photos are saved as jpegs. Is there any way to do this? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hi, Hunt910
Other users have posted similar problems with photos edited in a Microsoft photo editing program, such as PictureIt, Digital Image Pro, etc. The program seems to write some information into the jpeg file that Videowave does not like. I don't understand it, but it has happened to me on occasion (I use Microsoft Digital Image Pro 9).
What has worked for me is to do my editing in the Microsoft product, and then open the same photo in Photosuite, make no changes, do a Save As, and save as a jpeg with a different name. I know that is a lot of extra steps if you have many photos with that problem, but I do not think anyone came up with a way to use the problem Microsoft edited photos directly.
I know that is not much help, but it is all I can offer. Maybe someone else with a better "fix" will jump in and help us both.
