Hi,


i did buy ROXIO easy video copy & convert

i tried to do dvd to ipod touch i did select the dvd

in converted something

no problem

i did click on the ipod touch logo thingy

i tried to save to Itunes

nothing same as with file

and then i clicked on go

check if Roxio can convert a file from DVD to .mp4 format. It is the only format that it can read. Hope this helps.
