I downloaded and installed Roxio RecordNow Preier 2 days ago. I installed this program and registered it etc. I decided that I wanted to create a data DVD. I opened the program and clicked on the burn data app and I get the error, 'error occurred while trying to initialize RC Engine' I have reinstalled,repaired,updated with Roxio Service Pack, etc and nothing works.  I use Windows XP Professional. I have all the latest updates that through Microsoft Updates (including the latest Service Packs) I also disabled my anti-virus and firewall while installing. Is there anyone who can provide a solution?
