Probably, with Copy and Convert. What format does the iPad 2 take? Also size and resolution.
Creator will not allow you to copy commercial discs since they are DRM protected.

Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

Has to be H.264 format to play in Quicktime.

Did you look at Copy and Convert Video?
Open that application, add the movie, select IPad and then custom. Did you see H264 option?
